The College is dedicated to providing training geared towards sustained professionalism that compliments operational skills of our human resource. We aspire to define the character and output of the Botswana Police Service in its crime management function. With the committed and capable workforce that has resilience to challenges, our capability to achieve our mandate is certain.

It is worth to note also that our well maintained collaboration with reputable Universities such as the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom and the University of Botswana comes handy in strengthening our training programmes while on the other hand, we build capacity to deliver the programmes ourselves in future. Further to this, we recognise the College’s accreditation to Botswana Qualifications Authority as a great milestone in the achievement of our mission.
